BICSI President, Jeff Beavers, has nearly 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force as a cable splicer. Since then he has served in various roles from lineman, to installer/technician, to designer, to holding management positions in construction and engineering, and now as OSP/ISP Engineering Group Lead for Black & Veatch Telecommunications, a global engineering company.

Jeff’s expertise spans many industries, including military, municipal and federal government, K-12 and higher education, healthcare, sports and entertainment, and utilities. He has served as a volunteer on the BICSI Board of Directors for eight years.
