Public Liability Insurance Form
All exhibitors (including those sharing a stand) are required to be adequately covered for Public Liability Insurance. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties on or in the vacinity of your exhibition stand. We have retained the services of an insurance brokerage to provide Public Liability coverage at a cost $250 (+GST) based on a limit of indemnity of $10,000,000 for any one occurrence. The insurance has effect from the first day of build-up to the final day of dismantling.

- I have already sent through my Certificate of Currency to Westwick-Farrow Media/WFevents
- I acknowledge that Westwick-Farrow Media will organise Public Liability Insurance on mjy behalf at $250 +GST as included on my signed contract
- We have our own Public Liability Insurance that covers the period from the first day of build-up to the final day of dismantling and covers us for the amount of $10,000,000 and would like to submit a copy of the valid Certificate of Currency
