Warren has a background ranging across functions as diverse as national-level operations management, organisational development, human resource management, leadership and culture development consultancy, and executive coaching and career counselling.

His expertise in the world of safety performance improvement has been developed over a decade working with large and medium sized enterprises to help them define a pragmatic path to safety performance improvement. His ability to synthesise leading edge thinking in some of the most challenging continuous improvement arenas has driven a solid track record of success on behalf of his clients.

Warren’s approach to intervention is informed by a reliable diagnosis of current state and organisational capacity to absorb change; taking a thorough but pragmatic approach to program and change management; and by helping senior leaders to be more effective in their sponsorship and active leadership of the change effort.

His specialist areas of competence include serious injury / fatality exposure management, leadership development and behaviour change, safety governance and systems alignment, and the engagement of the frontline workforce.

Prior to joining DEKRA Insight, and in addition to running his own consultancy practice, Warren held a number of senior positions that included head of organisational development, general manager operations, national sales manager, and senior consultant for several global consulting and information firms.
